Where do your stones come from?
All of my stones are hand-collected from the Lake Superior region in northern Wisconsin and carefully cleaned, polished, and sealed to enhance their natural beauty.

Are your items handmade?
Yes. Each item is handcrafted by me using locally sourced stones and quality materials. No two pieces are exactly alike.

Do you take custom orders?
I do! Message me through the contact page or my eCRATER store to request a custom piece or special stone design.

How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier selected.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items. Items must be returned in original condition.
